All it needs is for us to open our hearts with generosity and decide to make a difference by volunteering in the service of others. \nThis World Philosophy Day\, join us as New Acropolis volunteers bring philosophy into action   through a series of meaningful volunteering workshops that equip you to better serve the larger community. \nNew Acropolis is offering the below workshops free of cost to mark World Philosophy Day! \nRegister here  to join any or all of the below workshops. \n10:00 am – 1:30 pm – Workshop on Basic Life Support (First Aid and CPR) \n Equip yourself to be a first responder and help a friend\, colleague\, family member or anyone in medical distress by being trained in life-saving skills of First aid and Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). \nThrough this workshop (comprising theory\, demonstration and practice) conducted by professionally qualified trainers from Usha Armour\, the skills learned will allow you to respond to medical emergencies such as heart attack\, choking\, electric shock\, stroke\, poisoning\, dog bites or burns.
